INFORMATION

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that all details on the order are correct.

Any customised or adjusted products are non refundable.

If you find your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged please contact us immediately.  We will offer you either the choice of an exchange of faulty part or collection with a refund.

If you have placed an order and change your mind, we will offer you a choice of either an exchange or a refund of the goods.  This will incur a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the item value and an additional delivery/collection charge. You must notify us in writing within 7 working days of receipt of your purchase.

Mattresses, bed bases and bedding can only be returned if they are unopened.  Mattresses which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and safety. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it. Bed frames cannot be returned if they have been assembled.
