This is where the Vispring Comfort Promise swings into action and you may qualify for a one-time only exchange for a mattress of a different tension.
If you have purchased a mattress from Sound Asleep Beds, and followed the weight guide advice from our sales consultant, then you will have the correct tension for your body weight. If however, after 30 night’s sleep (but no more than 90 nights) you feel that a different tension would provide better sleep comfort, you will qualify for our Comfort Promise from Vispring.
Please note that in order for us to facilitate the switch to a new mattress, conditions state that the Comfort Promise only applies to mattresses purchased from an authorised dealer, this is the case at Sound Asleep beds. You must have tried the selected model in our store before purchase, and given individual advice by one of our bed specialists.
